This was the firm\u2019s first project, acquired in 2019. It is an iconic building and the company\u2019s first build-to-rent development in a 24-storey tower, located in a prime district in Madrid.<\/p>

Designed for long-term rentals, Bext Skyline was developed by the renowned studio Touza Arquitectos and has become a benchmark in contemporary, innovative architecture in Madrid. The project includes 300 apartments with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms \u2014 all with terraces and stunning views of the city skyline, the Cuatro Torres Business Area, and the Sierra de Guadarrama.<\/p>

Designed by the Touza Arquitectos architectural firm, the property comprises 285 units, including studio apartments and 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. The project's range of amenities and services is unbeatable and includes a swimming pool, sun deck, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, gym, gastrobar, cinema room, common areas and outdoor gardens.<\/p>

This is the firm\u2019s second flexible rental project in Madrid, scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2025. Located in Valdebebas\u2014one of Madrid\u2019s fastest-growing and most dynamic areas\u2014it is being developed across two juxtaposed land plots and will consist of two modern 11-storey buildings. The development will add 583 new homes to Bext Space\u2019s portfolio.<\/p>

The project will offer a mix of studio apartments and 1- and 2-bedroom homes, with larger-than-average layouts for this type of development. As with the company\u2019s other projects, it will feature premium shared amenities.
