INTRODUCTION

Bext Space's portfolio of assets comprises four properties, three of which are fully operational and one is scheduled to open in 2025. The firm manages a total of 1,450 units and has up to 800 additional units in its pipeline for the coming years. This growth evidences our ongoing commitment to expansion and leadership in the residential market.

Bext Skyline

This is the firm's first asset which was acquired in 2019. It is an iconic building, as it is the first build to rent project in a 24-storey property, and is located in a prime market segment.

Aimed at long-term rentals, this asset was designed by the prestigious Touza Arquitectos architectural firm and has become an icon in modern and innovative Madrid. The asset comprises 300 units featuring 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. They all boast terraces and spectacular views of the skyline, with the Cuatro Torres Business Area and the Sierra de Guadarrama as a backdrop.

Bext Skyline sets a milestone in the market thanks to its selection of top-level amenities, such as two swimming pools—one of which is a rooftop swimming pool affording panoramic views—, a gym, a sauna, landscaped common grounds, a concierge service, large terraces, garages and storage rooms. Bext L'Hospitalet

The firm's first build to rent asset in the Barcelona Metropolitan Area. Totalling 276 units, Bext L'Hospitalet provides long-term rental properties featuring 1 to 4 bedrooms. Strategically located just a few minutes from Barcelona, it offers a traditional rental experience with a full range of services for extra convenience.

Bext L'Hospitalet is an EPC Grade A development and is BREEAM Good-certified, which reflects its commitment to sustainability and efficiency.

Bext Vallecas

Opened in 2024, Bext Vallecas is the firm's first flex living asset. An innovative flexible rental project designed to provide a comprehensive and unique experience.

Designed by the Touza Arquitectos architectural firm, the property comprises 285 units, including studio apartments and 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. The project's range of amenities and services is unbeatable and includes a swimming pool, sun deck, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, gym, gastrobar, cinema room, common areas and outdoor gardens.

Bext Vallecas stands out for having earned a BREEAM Excellent certification, thus becoming the first project to earn such recognition in this type of assets, which guarantees sustainability, efficiency and high quality.

Bext Valdebebas

This is the firm's second flex living project in Madrid, which is scheduled to open in Q2 2025. Located in Valdebebas, one of Madrid's fastest-growing and most promising areas, it is being developed on two adjacent plots and comprises two modern 11-storey buildings. The project will bring 583 extra units to Bext Space's portfolio.

The project is to offer a mix of studio apartments and 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, with a size above average for this type of asset. In addition, in line with the firm's projects, it is to boast top-level amenities. Bext Valdebebas has been developed by the COT & Partners architectural firm and is to be BREEAM Excellent-certified.
