INTRODUCTION

Bext Space’s portfolio includes four residential developments: three are already operating, and one is scheduled to open in 2025. The company manages a total of 1,450 homes and has an additional 800 in the pipeline for the coming years. This demonstrates our ongoing commitment to growth and leadership in the residential market.

Bext Skyline

This was the firm’s first project, acquired in 2019. It is an iconic building and the company’s first build-to-rent development in a 24-storey tower, located in a prime district in Madrid.

Designed for long-term rentals, Bext Skyline was developed by the renowned studio Touza Arquitectos and has become a benchmark in contemporary, innovative architecture in Madrid. The project includes 300 apartments with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms — all with terraces and stunning views of the city skyline, the Cuatro Torres Business Area, and the Sierra de Guadarrama.

Bext Skyline has become a landmark in the market thanks to its outstanding shared amenities, including two swimming pools (one of them on the rooftop pool with panoramic views), a gym, a sauna, landscaped common areas, a concierge service, spacious terraces, garages, and storage rooms.In line with the company’s ESG strategy, Bext Skyline holds BREEAM Good certification. certificación BREEAM Good.

Bext L'Hospitalet

The firm's first build to rent asset in the Barcelona Metropolitan Area. Totalling 276 units, Bext L'Hospitalet provides long-term rental properties featuring 1 to 4 bedrooms. Strategically located just a few minutes from Barcelona, it offers a traditional rental experience with a full range of services for extra convenience.

Bext L'Hospitalet is an EPC Grade A development and is BREEAM Good-certified, which reflects its commitment to sustainability and efficiency.

Bext Vallecas

Opened in 2024, Bext Vallecas is the firm's first flex living asset. An innovative flexible rental project designed to provide a comprehensive and unique experience.

Designed by the Touza Arquitectos architectural firm, the property comprises 285 units, including studio apartments and 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. The project's range of amenities and services is unbeatable and includes a swimming pool, sun deck, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, gym, gastrobar, cinema room, common areas and outdoor gardens.

Bext Vallecas stands out for having earned a BREEAM Excellent certification, thus becoming the first project to earn such recognition in this type of assets, which guarantees sustainability, efficiency and high quality.

Bext Valdebebas

This is the firm’s second flexible rental project in Madrid, scheduled to open in the second quarter of 2025. Located in Valdebebas—one of Madrid’s fastest-growing and most dynamic areas—it is being developed across two juxtaposed land plots and will consist of two modern 11-storey buildings. The development will add 583 new homes to Bext Space’s portfolio.

The project will offer a mix of studio apartments and 1- and 2-bedroom homes, with larger-than-average layouts for this type of development. As with the company’s other projects, it will feature premium shared amenities. Bext Valdebebas is being developed by the architectural firm COT & Partners and is set to achieve BREEAM Excellent certification.
